TAC Retail Enterpises LLC is
committed to the prevention of fraudulent credit card usage, for your benefit
as well as ours. Banks use AVS (Address Verification Service) and validate the
CVV number on the back of the card to detect and minimize fraud. If this
verification fails when submitted to your bank, the following can occur:
1. The order will not progress past our payment gateway and
does not turn into a sale. However:
2. Your bank places a hold (or authorization) for the amount
of the attempted sale. We are listed as the source of the authorization. This
typically happens when using a debit card or check card that fails the AVS.
3. This hold will look like a charge on your account from
our store even though no funds have been disbursed from your account.
4. Our store is powerless to remove the hold and cannot void
the authorization. Only the issuing bank can release the hold. The bank must be
contacted and you need to request that the funds be released. Otherwise, the
bank will release the funds once the authorization expires (usually 24-48
hours, but can vary by bank).
This is an issue that affects all online merchants who use
the AVS security check system to help prevent the fraudulent use of your credit
card. PLEASE double check the accuracy of your address, and if the transaction
fails, DO NOT attempt again repeatedly. Each attempt could result in an

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state
of Ohio. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due
to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, TAC Retail Enterprises LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. Our store
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our store
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of

Our standard product warranty is as follows. Exceptions
to this warranty policy will be described in the Product Description area for
the applicable product. Be advised that
the warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the
manufacturers’ or Tropical Vapors’ instructions or recommendations.
Damage due to accident after receipt, abuse or misuse is also not
covered.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges except in the event that the product shipped was not the product that was ordered.
E-Cigarette Devices
We will gladly accept the return of these products that are
defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from
the date of delivery to you. We do not warrant against any damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications made by the user or leaking e-liquid. Delivery date is determined by the USPS
delivery confirmation provided to us.
E-Liquid
For health and safety reasons we do accept returns on
e-liquid.
Batteries, Cartomizers and
Atomizers
No returns are accepted except for items that are shown to
be DOA or defective on receipt. The period for identifying defective
batteries, cartomizers and atomizers is 14 days from
the date of delivery to you. Delivery date is determined by the USPS
delivery confirmation provided to us.
Return Procedures
We will gladly accept the return of products that fall under
the warranty guidelines stated above. Fulfillment mistakes that we make
resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for
return 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, access your account and send a message
to our customer support department. We will provide you with the
instructions for returning the defective product. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Upon receipt of the
defective product, once we determine that the product is indeed defective an
